Explanation of Services: *(DIY) Do It Yourself Monitoring plans mean that you will use the Interactive Services Mobile App to monitor your alarm system only. No Central Station alarm monitoring will be provided. In the event your alarm system is triggered or a trouble alert, our Central Station will not contact you, or dispatch authorities for you. You will get the notifications of the alarm or trouble signals using the Interactive Services Mobile App and you will be responsible to respond or call authorities to your property location. You can change your plan at anytime by contacting us! – Internet (If Using Dual Path) and / or Cellular transmissions of security system signals to AlarmNet & Central Station TOTAL CONNECT BASIC PLAN – Provides remote control on all portable devices and the Web. Supports notifications over email and text messages on system events that take place at the panel (alarms, disarms, low battery, system trouble, AC loss, etc.). All security-related events can cause a notification to be sent, and that notification will include the zone triggered where applicable (for example, a notification about an alarm would indicate the zone) – Mufti-Site Access: The ability to allow more than one business or home to be accessed by the user. Each account must have their own services but this capability allows for single sign-on access to all of the sites. Up to 100 locations are supported -Free Mobile App for iOS and Android – Allows control of supported lights, locks, thermostats, garage door openers and other supported devices. *Subject to change without notice by service provider
